🌟 Celebrating 19 Incredible Years! 🌟After an amazing journey spanning 19 years, Lisa Beckett, our Core Application Support Supervisor, has announced her retirement from a career that has been both challenging and rewarding. Q: Tell us about your career with Aurora Advantage (previously CruiseNet).A: "When I first joined as an admin—a role that was entirely new to the company—the position evolved in ways I could never have imagined. Just 1 ½ years later, I transitioned into software support, marking the beginning of a fantastic adventure.""Throughout my tenure, I've witnessed remarkable technological transformations. We've progressed from a time when most clients were using batch ATM/debit cards to a world where nearly everything is online and real-time. Home banking has advanced by leaps and bounds, introducing innovations like eStatements and remote deposit capture. We've grown from having only a handful of clients hosted in the data center to almost all of them being there today."Q: What are you most proud of? A: "I believe our support team has always had the right attitude and truly cares about our credit union clients.We put ourselves in the clients shoes at all times to provide the best and most efficient support.We don’t compete for the most tickets or the fastest resolutions but rather the best resolution."Q: How do you envision life after retirement?A: "As I step into this new chapter, I look forward to indulging in my passions. Exploring and studying the rich history of our area by visiting plantations, gravesites, and battlegrounds is something I cherish deeply. I'm also an avid reader and a dedicated advocate for dog rescues, especially with the National Brittany Rescue and Adoption Network.
